Our machine list is extensive
We can offer custom production of a wide range of steel, stainless steel, metal and plastic components that can be manufactured using our state-of-the-art milling and turning machines.
Our turning machines include
6 and 8-spindle CNC and cam controlled lathes
With precision machines from leading manufacturers such as INDEX, DMG MORI and WICKMAN, we efficiently handle mass production of turned parts with dimensions of 5-35 mm in batch sizes over 20,000 pieces. Our WICKMAN machines can process parts up to ø45mm in batch sizes from 20,000 pieces and above.
CNC turning machines
Our fleet includes advanced models such as INDEX ABC, INDEX C100, INDEX C200, NAKAMURA WT100, NAKAMURA SUPER NTJ and MORI SEIKI. These machines have up to 12 machining axes and can handle dimensions up to 65 mm.
CNC chucking lathes
Our INDEX, MORI SEIKI and NAKAMURA cartridge machines perform complex parts up to 300 mm in diameter.
CNC controlled long turning lathes
Long turning machines perform all tasks in one operation, resulting in economical production. We use long turning machines from STAR, CITIZEN, TRAUB and GOODWAY with manufacturing up to 13 axes and bar passage up to 32mm.
CNC transfer machines
Our 2 large Buffoli Transfer machines are equipped with 10 and 12 stations respectively and handle jobs in steel and metals up to 50 mm. Series size from 100,000 pieces.
Cam controlled revolving centres
Our cage-controlled turning machines from Traub allow you to manufacture parts up to 60 mm at very competitive prices.
Our milling machines include
3 axis milling machines
A 3-axis milling machine can perform various operations including milling, drilling, threading and engraving. The three axes refer to the three dimensions in which the machine can move: X, Y and Z
4 axis milling machines
The additional axis, the A-axis, allows for rotation of the workpiece around a specific axis. This means that the workpiece can be rotated in relation to the direction of the milling tool. This opens up the possibility of machining sides and surfaces that are not necessarily parallel to traditional axes.
5 axis milling machines
The additional axis of rotation, the B-axis, provides additional options for rotating the workpiece, typically relative to the A-axis. This allows the workpiece to be processed from multiple angles and in multiple directions. With the addition of both the A and B axis, a 5-axis milling machine can perform even more complex machining operations
