Quality and precision in CNC milling
In our CNC milling processes, precision is a key factor that ensures that every detail is designed with accuracy. By combining our expertise with new technology, we are abæe to deliver quality components that meet the most demanding specifications. Our modern facilities are equipped with advanced 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC milling machines, and with our expertise in CNC milling, including aluminum, brass and steel machining, we deliver high-quality, tailor-made solutions.
What is CNC milling and when is it used?
CNC milling is an advanced machining process that utilizes computer numerical control (CNC) technology to cut or shape materials using rotating cutting tools. This technology enables the precise and repeatable manufacturing of complex geometries and detailed components in a variety of materials, including brass, plastic, steel and aluminum. CNC milling is a highly versatile technology that is widely used in a number of industries, including aerospace, automotive manufacturing, medical devices, electronics, and prototyping. The ability to achieve precision and efficiency is of paramount importance in these sectors, as it directly impacts the quality of the final product.
CNC milling is an integral part of our production process, ensuring the delivery of parts with an exceptional finish We continuously invest in the latest machine technology to stay ahead of constant technological developments and to maintain our high standards of quality.

Our machine list is extensive
We are a leading provider of CNC manufacturing services, offering a comprehensive range of components in steel, metals, and plastics Our advanced milling and turning machines enable us to manufacture both small and large parts with high precision and quality.
Our milling machines include
3 axis milling machines
A 3-axis milling machine can perform various operations including milling, drilling, threading and engraving. The three axes refer to the three dimensions in which the machine can move: X, Y and Z
4 axis milling machines
The additional axis, the A-axis, allows for rotation of the workpiece around a specific axis. This means that the workpiece can be rotated in relation to the direction of the milling tool. This opens up the possibility of machining sides and surfaces that are not necessarily parallel to traditional axes.
5 axis milling machines
The additional axis of rotation, the B-axis, provides additional options for rotating the workpiece, typically relative to the A-axis. This allows the workpiece to be processed from multiple angles and in multiple directions. With the addition of both the A and B axis, a 5-axis milling machine can perform even more complex machining operations
Frequently asked questions
We are most competitive for over 100 components. The larger the order, the more benefits are included as the machine can run on.
We can produce from 100 and upwards. If you have specifications below 100 pieces, it is possible to put the machine into operation if there is an agreement in place.
Yes, we will draw up a contract where your items will be delivered as requested within 12 months. We call it our warehouse hotel
We can machine in various metal alloys such as aluminum and brass. We also process steel, stainless steel and plastics such as POM, PEET, PEEK and PET. If you have any questions about the materials we produce and process, you are welcome to contact us on +45 64822006 or send an email to mail@rea.dk
