We are pleased to present our latest addition, the state-of-the-art Wenzel LH 87 Premium 3D coordinate measuring machine for quality management. This machine operates with an incredible measurement uncertainty of just one micrometer, which is equivalent to 0.001 millimeters. In addition, it is equipped with online temperature compensation and active damping to ensure accurate measurements in all conditions.

To ensure precision and maintain tight tolerances, the machine is installed in our brand new measurement lab with temperature control. This ensures optimal conditions for precise and reliable measurements and quality control of components. Today we were pleasantly surprised with the delivery of our brand new Walter Helitronic Power 5-axis machine.

This latest addition to our fleet represents our third investment in this type of machine at REA. We have already established ourselves with a Helitronic Vision and a Helitronic Pro, which form a solid foundation for our tool department.

With the latest tool grinding software in place, our production capacity has been boosted and we can now produce the most advanced geometries with unmatched accuracy and efficiency. This technological upgrade underlines our continuous focus on innovation and quality.

Before REA Automatdrejning takes a well-deserved break for the summer vacation for the next 3 weeks, we are happy to announce that yesterday we received not one, but two new machines. With the addition of INDEX C100 & INDEX C200 to our production facilities, we look forward to improving our production capacity and meeting the ever-increasing order intake in an even more efficient way.

We are excited to see these machines in action and look forward to achieving even greater success with them. We wish all our employees and customers a great summer and we look forward to returning with renewed energy and enthusiasm after the holidays.
